We aim to ship good 2-3 business days after payment has been received and approved. This will vary if the product is not in stock, if the goods need customisation or if further confirmations are required by our Bank.

Your order will be shipped by overnight Courier if delivery address is in Australia. You may specify another address during the checkout process.

HN Collection will send you an email confirmation after the goods have been shipped and provide you with the contact details of the Courier and a tracking number.

 

All items purchased at HN Collection Online Store will be beautifully gift wrapped with HN Collection signature boxes.

An optional complimentary gift card for Birthdays or Anniversaries can be included upon request, confirm this during checkout. Your message will be printed on the gift card.

 

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES & AUSTRALIAN TAXES:

Fine Jewellery - Free courier delivery on orders OVER AUD$1,000 for deliveries within Australia.

Signature is required upon receipt of goods.

If no one is present to sign for the goods, the courier company will leave a card with contact details to arrange alternative delivery.

 

For Fine Jewellery - where the order value is UNDER AUD $1,000, the weight of the item including packaging is under 0.5 kg and delivery is within Australia, then AUD $35.00.

 

For Gifts and Other products: Maximum freight cost is $4.95 per order anywhere in Australia, regardless of how many items you buy.

 

Purchases within Australia will be subject to Australian GST (Goods and Services Tax). Prices displayed on our website includes GST.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES:

For Fine Jewellery - if the weight of the item including packaging is under 0.5 kg, the cost is AUD $55.00.

Goods will be sent using international couriers with signature required upon receipt of goods.

If no one is present to sign for the goods, the courier will leave a card with contact details to arrange alternative delivery.

 

Please note International customers are responsible to for any taxes and/or duties payable in their domestic jurisdiction.

 

Australian travellers and Non-Australian travellers with purchases over AUD $300.00 (GST inclusive) are able to claim Australian tax back at TRS (Tourist Refund Scheme) after passing through Australian Customs at the International Airport.

 

FINGER SIZES (RING SIZES):

You must supply a ring size from “Ring Size Guide” provided on the website.

If no finger size is supplied we will contact you before the order is started to confirm a ring size with you. You must take care and responsibility for providing us with your ring size per our chart. If you provide us with an incorrect size, and the item is made up, to correct the error may not be possible, without remaking the entire item. This cost will not be borne by HN Collection Pty Ltd.

 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

Merchandise purchased from this Site may be returned in person to our salon located in North Sydney.

HN Collection Pty Ltd will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation if a return package is lost, stolen, or mishandled in transit. It is your responsibility to have the goods delivered safely back to us.

HN Collection reserves the right to refused to refund the price of the goods if:

Not Dispatched back to us inside 3 days of receipt by the client,

Not in its original new and unused condition ( i.e. scratched or marked),

The goods, once inspected by our Jeweller is found to be faulty, damaged or engraved at your (the client’s), or

If we have specially made the goods at client’s requested (i.e. custom made the item).

 

CUSTOMER GUARANTEE:

The guarantee will not apply if the goods is damaged after the date of delivery.

Diamond jewellery should be handled carefully. It is best to avoid contact with hard / abrasive surfaces. Gemstones can scratch other gemstones and wear away at precious metals.

HN COLLECTION GIFT CERTIFICATE:

The following Terms and Conditions outline the use of the HN Collection Gift Certificates (the “Gift Certificate”):

The Certificate Card is not redeemable for cash

HN Collection is not responsible for lost or stolen Gift Certificates. If the Certificate has not been redeemed for goods, then any lost or stolen Certificate may be replaced at the request of the rightful owner.

The Gift Certificate is valid for 12 months from the day of purchase. 

The Gift Certificate is redeemable as against items displayed in our Online Store. Your Order must be via email correspondence so we can establish that you are the rightful owner of the Certificate.

The Gift Certificate will be shipped by Courier as Gifts to the purchaser and will require a signature upon delivery. Delivery to an incorrect but deliverable shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery to a non-existent shipping address is the sole responsibility of the purchaser. 

The Gift Certificate has an actual cash value of 1/1 of one dollar as against items in our Online Store.
